Staying Active

The Department of Premier and Cabinet, through Communities, Sport and Recreation, aims to create opportunities for all Tasmanians to enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle. The Staying Active publications provide many ideas for older adults to be active and social in their local area, whether it be gardening, playing golf or tennis, joining in aqua aerobics or playing scrabble.
