Fill out this Registration form if you want your Seniors Week Event to be included in the  2012 Seniors Week Event Program.

Registrations must be received must be received by Friday 8th June at 5pm to be included in the Seniors Week program 2012.

Please ensure that all information provided is accurate and the contact people nominated on the form are well informed about your event.

Please note that in 2012 the Seniors Week Event Program will not be distributed through the Saturday newspapers. It will be available at Service Tasmania shops, LINCs, Local Councils, COTA TAS and any other organisations or business that agree to distribute it. For more details contact COTA TAS 6231 3265.
