Health My Way is a digital health literacy program delivered by community organisations to support people aged over 18 to gain essential skills and confidence in managing their health and wellbeing. Resources are available on the website as well.

The ISLAND Project

The ISLAND project is hoping to reduce dementia in Tasmania. People aged over 50 years can sign up to be part of the ISLAND project and study the online Preventing Dementia MOOC to address their own risk profile and share with family, friends and community.

Eat Well Tasmania Inc. champions healthy eating and promotes opportunities to eat healthy Tasmanian grown, produced and value added food. It has information about what's in season, cooking and healthy eating tips.

The Wellbeing Toolkit - Short Courses

The University of Tasmania is providing short courses to support a more confident and resilient community, and help Tasmanians face the challenges of COVID-19. Four modules can be chosen, which can include family history, healthy eating, mindfulness, financial planning and the environment.

Inala Jurassic Garden & Nature Museum

Inala’s Jurassic Garden gives an insight into the heady times when Australia was part of the supercontinent Gondwana 185 million years ago. While people can't visit Inala during COVID-19, they can continue to learn about the garden, its ancient plants, and its wildlife through short videos on Facebook and YouTube.
