Write Here Launceston get together or a few hours, drink hot beverages and get some writing done. Whether you have written several novels or have part of an idea but haven’t yet put pen to paper (fingers to keyboard?) everyone is welcome.
Write Here Hobart meet to write for two hours, surrounded by other writers. What you write is entirely up to you and you’re not expected to share it with anyone else. It’s all about getting out of the house and getting some words down. Bring your own writing materials.
Word Players meeting formats include selection of a topic, genre or technique that members write on for the following meeting. Work is shared, and some level of analysis is enjoyed. Often there will be an exercise or technique explained. Members take turns bringing nibbles and drink.
