Hatha Yoga

Involves slow, gentle stretching into postures using the breath, including lying down, kneeling, standing and seated to have joints open with muscles relaxed so full benefit can be gained during the concluding meditation session. Social Rides Program

The Bicycle Network Tasmania's Social Rides are a great way to enjoy riding. Riders can pick a ride that suits their skill level and interest in the company of supportive people. Social Rides are free and a great way to make new friends, learn new shortcuts and safe bikepaths, get fitter, see interesting gear and have fun.

Zumba Gold®️ (Huonville)

A moderate intensity dance fitness class for the 50’s plus. Work on your balance, posture, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness while grooving to exotic Latin American and world rhythms. Most of all have fun moving, meet new friends and train your brain!

An energetic moderate intensity dance fitness class for the over 50’s and young at heart. Move to exotic world rhythms whilst working on your balance, posture, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Most of all have fun and train your brain!

Zumba Gold Toning

A low to moderate intensity Zumba class using light weight resistance toning sticks whilst grooving to the rhythms of the world. This class focuses on training muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness and balance. Bring a sweat towel, water bottle and come prepared to smile and work!

Tai Chi

A mind/body exercise for balance and confidence in moving. A relaxed and friendly class where you can learn practical routines to take into your everyday life.
