Tamar Bicycle Users Group organises a range of rides to suit all capabilities from beginners to overnight tours.

Tai Chi with Barbara

Tai chi has been shown to improve balance and reduce falls risk by targeting leg strength, flexibility, range of motion and reflexes. Classes begin with loosening exercises to open joints and relax tight muscles, before moving on to gentle stretching with qigong and working on the discipline of the tai chi form.

Rosebery Stadium, Squash & Fitness Centre

The Rosebery Stadium has a brand new gym, basketball stadium and squash court. Members have 24-hour swipe card access to use fixed weight equipment, free weights and cardio equipment.

Queenstown Squash & Fitness Centre

The Queenstown Squash & Fitness Centre has three squash courts, a gym area, a separate multi-purpose room and regular aerobic/yoga classes are held in this space by a qualified instructor. Members have 24-hour swipe card access to use fixed weight equipment, free weights and cardio equipment.

Personal Best Fitness

Personal Best Fitness offers a number of services to individuals, groups , work places and organisations. The services that are offered varying according to the client’s needs and health and fitness goals. The gym offers personal training, yoga and pilates, injury rehabilitation, fitness programs and exercise classes.
