Masters Track and Field Athletics

Tasmanian Masters Athletics meets every Wednesday evening in a welcoming environment that encourage participation in a variety of field events and track races over various distances. Four different programs that rotate each week. No particular standard or level of capability is required. Anyone is welcome to come and watch if you prefer or volunteer.

Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is a low impact exercise that benefits those who are recovering from an illness or an accident, and anyone who struggles with mobility including those in the older age group. It does not require you to get onto or off the ground. Not only does it contribute to keeping and building muscle, but also helps with breathing.

Strength for Life - Online Exercise Class

This Strength for Life exercise class with Chando Steiner will help you strengthen bones and muscles, and improve your balance, to live life to the full. With over 25 years experience as an Osteopath, Chando has the knowledge and skills to help you develop or regain your fitness.

Yoga

Taking care of your mind, body and spirit with Yoga will help build muscle strength, concentration, and flexibility.
