Runners range from beginners to experienced. The group provides a comprehensive network of information about running activities, nutrition, and training in Tasmania.
Women’s Health Tasmania are offering an 8 week Tai Chi at home course to be delivered online via Zoom. A total of 10 spaces are available on this special course particularly designed for older women.
