The Wellbeing Toolkit - Short Courses

The University of Tasmania is providing short courses to support a more confident and resilient community, and help Tasmanians face the challenges of COVID-19. Four modules can be chosen, which can include family history, healthy eating, mindfulness, financial planning and the environment.

Through Libraries Tasmania, you can research your family history online, or explore and download from their eLibrary collection, including eBooks and eMusic.

East Coast Heritage Museum

The East Coast Heritage Museum includes the Glamorgan Spring Bay Historical Society, Visitor Information Centre and War Memorial. The Museum collects, exhibits and preserves artefacts from the Glamorgan Spring Bay Municipality for the community, visitors and for future generations.

Female Convicts Research Centre

The Female Convicts Research Centre is an online research resource that also hosts research seminars. It encourages research into the lives and experiences of convict women and their children in Van Diemen’s Land. Members of the FCRC gain access to the database and can volunteer to record data.​
