Ageing Backwards movement program Glenorchy

Ageing Backward’s belief towards exercise is to build strength in our daily movement patterns. All whilst having fun and making exercise an easy part of our daily lives. Please don’t think you are not fit enough to join in. Everyone is welcome and will walk away with a feeling of accomplishment.

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.

Gentle Flow Yoga & Pilates

Join us for a weekly gentle flow yoga or mat Pilates class, held at the Lindisfarne Community Activities Centre.

Masters Track and Field Athletics

Tasmanian Masters Athletics meets every Wednesday evening in a welcoming environment that encourage participation in a variety of field events and track races over various distances. Four different programs that rotate each week. No particular standard or level of capability is required. Anyone is welcome to come and watch if you prefer or volunteer.

Tasmanian Road Runners

The Tasmanian Road Runners is a group of recreational runners promoting the benefits of running, community engagement and general health and well-being in Tasmania. Runners range from beginners to experienced. The group provides a comprehensive network of information about running activities, nutrition, and training in Tasmania.
