Indoor Lawn Bowls

All indoor lawn bowls games are social and open to men and women. New members are always welcome, so come along, make some new friends, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with morning tea, and have a great time!

Gentle Exercise

Gentle Exercise classes are designed for people with chronic disease, or those wishing to have better balance and mobility in their daily activities. Join us for a cuppa after class!

Tasmanian Road Runners

The Tasmanian Road Runners is a group of recreational runners promoting the benefits of running, community engagement and general health and well-being in Tasmania. Runners range from beginners to experienced. The group provides a comprehensive network of information about running activities, nutrition, and training in Tasmania.

Tasdance Classes

While usual studio classes are suspended, Tasdance is offering a public program online free of charge. Classes include Hip Hop, Ballet and Contemporary. See the website for class times and to sign up.

Live Streamed Exercise

Women's Health Tasmania live stream tai chi, meditation, yoga, or weights on Facebook at 11am, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
