Are you a banking customer with an opinion?

Do you want to influence the way financial institutions communicate with their customers?

Are you a banking customer with an opinion? If you are 65 or over and retired, we are keen to hear your thoughts and experiences in relation to responsiveness in communication from financial institutions.

The project involves a face-to-face, friendly conversation with researchers from the UniSA Business School to learn about your perceptions and experiences.

Participants will receive a $30 Coles/Myer gift card and travel expenses related to the project will be covered to a maximum of $100.

COTA Tasmania is working with COTA South Australia and Uni SA on this project.  As with all research projects, there are a range of selection criteria for participants to ensure the insights generated are reliable and meet the project objectives.

To be eligible for this particular project, you will need to be:

  • Aged 65 or over
  • Fully retired
  • Not from a professional background involving banking, finance, accounting or the like.
  • Available to attend a one hour conversation with UniSA researchers at the COTA Tasmania office at Westella, 181 Elizabeth Street, Hobart between 16 and 19 July.

In the interest of selecting as sufficiently diverse group for the project, we may also consider additional criteria (eg, gender, age group) which means that not everyone who registers will necessarily be selected.

We are looking for 25 people in total to take part.  Now is the perfect time to share your valuable opinions and influence change
