The Department of Health, Tasmanian Government has released information about how to reduce your risk of contracting coronavirus (COVID-19).

This research was commissioned by the Federation of nine Councils on the Ageing (COTA) across Australia – including all eight COTA state and territory organisations and COTA Australia – in order to understand the views, life experiences and needs of Australians aged 50+.

COTA Tasmania is pleased to announce that its updated Liveable Communities Toolkit was launched by the Hon. Jeremy Rockliff MP, and featured presentations from COTA Tas, LGAT, West Coast Council, Clarence City Council, Huon Valley Council, and Central Coast Council.

The new National COVID Older Persons Information hotline will help older Australians get the critical information they need to stay healthy and safe during the pandemic.
